The holiday season is swiftly approaching and before we get lost in calendars filled with office parties, networking events, and so many dinners let's take a weekend to pause and thrive in the beauty of self-care.
Put you first and block off your calendar to dedicate Oct. 17-19, 2025 for self-care.

Day 1 – Friday, 10.17

It's simple, plan an activity/activities (solo or with a group) that get your heart rate up and the sweat flowing. Go for a run, brisk walk, yoga, bike ride, whatever you enjoy. The key is to work up a little sweat (i.e. Make your body happy)!

Then we cool it down. Remember self-care is what brings you joy. It could be getting a mani-pedi, massage, or enjoying a good book and snacks at home. The key is to pause and enjoy.

After all that we need to get clean—so it's time for Wash Day! Cleanse your scalp and have your hair basking in the beauty that this weekend was yours.
