Return Policy:

Our goal at Striking + Strong is that you are 100% satisfied with your products. We have a 14-day return policy, on eligible items, should you need to return your items. The 14-days begins upon confirmation from the carrier that the product was delivered. To receive a refund on your products you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us at info@strikingandstrong.com to get our return address and to share your feedback. Once you send products back, send us a tracking number, and we receive your items, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow for up to seven (7) business days from the receipt of your returned package for your refund to be processed. Route Package Protection is non-refundable.

We define eligible as gently used items. Excessively used products are not eligible for return.

Striking + Strong, LLC refund and return policies are subject to change. You should therefore review the return policy at strikingandstrong.com at the time of your purchase to confirm the current refund and return policy.

If you have received a damaged or an incorrect order, please email us with photos of the order you received within five (5) days from the date you received your order. 

Cancellation Policy:

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible and our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to do just that. Therefore, we can only cancel your order if shipping has not yet been processed.
